SPEEDVEGAS (the “Company”) is committed not only to providing exceptional service to consumers, but also to protecting consumers’ privacy and complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. “SPEEDVEGAS” refers to Las Vegas Motorsports Park, LLC doing business as SPEEDVEGAS, including all its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, predecessors, group of companies, affiliates that include but are not limited to Exotics Racing South, LLC, Motorsport Adventures, LLC, Las Vegas Motorsports Park, LLC and subsidiaries Las Vegas Exotics Racing, LLC, Las Vegas Superkarts, LLC, Las Vegas Off Road Experience, LLC, and Flycatcher, LLC from time to time (also referred to collectively as “we”, “us”, or “our”). A “Consumer” or “User” is a person who purchases our products or services, uses or registers into our services, enters into a sales promotion or a campaign, visits our Website, or otherwise, interacts with us. “Website” shall include, but is not limited to, the following domain names: www.speedvegas.com, www.exoticsracing.com, www.vegasoffroadexperience.com, www.vegassuperkarts.com, and other domain names operated by the Company’s affiliates, partners, predecessors, and successors.
What Personal Data is Collected?
At SPEEDVEGAS, we strive to collect only the Personal Data we need. We collect Personal Data typically when a Consumer purchases our products or services, uses or registers into our services, enters into a sales promotion or a campaign, visits our Website, or otherwise interacts with us. Below are examples of the categories of the data we collect from Consumers.
For the most part, Consumers may visit our Websites or use our products or services without having to identify themselves. However, certain technical information is normally collected as a standard part of the Consumer’s use of our services. When you engage in certain activities on our Website, such as making reservations for participating in racecar driving or riding experience(s), purchasing merchandise, entering a contest or sweepstakes, creating and maintaining a user account on our Website (“Account”), filling out a survey, or sending us feedback (individually, each an “Activity”; and collectively, “Activities”), we may ask you to provide certain information. If you choose to share any personal information with us, the amount and type of personal information we request depends on how you participate in an Activity or use the Website.
For example, once you register on our Website, or make a riding, driving, or group experience reservation, we will collect your name and contact information, including your e-mail address and your credit card and banking information when such information is provided under a reservation booking. In addition, SPEEDVEGAS will collect any communication you engage in with us (e.g. comments, e-mails, chat transcripts, and questions you direct to our attention).
It is completely optional for you to engage in these Activities. However, if you elect to engage in these Activities, depending upon the Activity you engage in with SPEEDVEGAS, some of the information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary.
If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular Activity, you will not be able to engage in that Activity.
Internet Protocol (IP) Address (“IP Address”): An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer every time you browse the Internet. When Users request a page from our Website, our servers log the User’s current IP address. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems. We do not link IP addresses to any personal information about you.
In addition to your IP address, SPEEDVEGAS may collect device-specific information such as operating system version, device hardware model, other unique device identification information, and mobile device information such as your telephone number. SPEEDVEGAS may associate these pieces of device information with your SPEEDVEGAS Account.

Note: your collection of information through the use of these analytics tools is such that your information is combined with information from other SPEEDVEGAS Users, thereby making it so we cannot reasonably identify any particular individual SPEEDVEGAS User.

The purpose of collection of such information is to improve SPEEDVEGAS’s, and its Website’s services and Activities, for its Users, clients, and customers.
Data Concerning Minors
SPEEDVEGAS does not seek to collect any information from or engage in any transactions with persons under the legal age in their respective country. Our databases may nevertheless contain Personal Data of children since it is not always possible to determine precisely the age of the User. If we learn that a minor has provided SPEEDVEGAS with personal information through, we will use reasonable efforts to remove such information from our files. Consumers acknowledge and agree that SPEEDVEGAS may share Consumer Personal Data with businesses which are legally part of the same group of companies which SPEEDVEGAS is part of, or that become part of that group (“Affiliates”). SPEEDVEGAS does not disclose Personal Data to other companies for marketing purposes without the Consumer’s prior consent.
SPEEDVEGAS products and services may be provided using resources and servers located in various countries around the world. The SPEEDVEGAS website relies on a targeted advertising model to generate revenue and provide complimentary access to its Users. SPEEDVEGAS will target advertising based on personal information provided by Users and inferred from Website usage. This may include gender, age, or geographic data. SPEEDVEGAS does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you view or interact with a targeted advertisement.
